SWLA youth 'Kick Butts' KPLC-TV The DEFY Youth Team will host a "Kick Butts" pledge wall event at Lock Park in Lake Charles. There will be food and educational materials about the effects of smoking. The event starts at 4:30 p.m. at Lock Park located on 1535 Ryan St., Lake Charles.
