Louisiana lottery can hardly boast the scale of the nation-wide lotteries like Powerball and MegaMillions. Still the chances to win are more competitive. That is why I try luck in the smaller lotteries more often. Recently I came across French Lotto. It jackpots almost 10 times more frequently as opposed to Powerball for instance.
