Lake Charles Film Festival seeking submissions Leesville Daily Leader The second annual Lake Charles Film Festival will take place Oct. 4-5 at Historic Central School, 809 Kirby St. in Lake Charles. The festival is currently seeking entries for films that have been completed after Jan. 1, 2011 and are under 151 minutes long.
