Lake Charles woman arrested for insurance fraud The Oshkosh Northwestern LAKE CHARLES, La. (WTW) — A 26-year-old Lake Charles woman has been arrested for insurance fraud. Louisiana State Police say a vehicle registered to Natalie Fontenot was involved in an April 2010 crash in a private parking lot in Westlake.
