Lake Charles man arrested on attempted murder charge KSLA-TV Lake Charles Police say Ladray Bias Jr., age 31, was arrested around 8:30 Friday night. Just before 3 a.m. authorities responded to a call of a disturbance at 2001 North Lincoln Street. When officers arrived, they found a female stabbed multiple times.
