Lake Charles teen distributes Operation Christmas Child boxes in Africa KPLC-TV 16 year old Will Groves grew up packing shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child. His grandparents got him started at an early age, packing the boxes with toys, hygiene items and necessary goods to be distributed to orphanages and schools overseas.
